A leading home design company in Scottsdale is seeking an experienced Employee Relations & Compliance Manager. In this role, you will oversee the Employee Relations function and ensure compliance with employment laws and policies. This position offers a salary range of $120K-$150K plus additional benefits, and will require occasional travel.
