Cleans homes, removes trash, makes beds and installs amenities. Also cleans common areas and corridors.

• Cleans kitchen, living room, guest house, pool area, den, wet bar, etc.
• Cleans and Sanitize all restrooms
• Cleans tubs, toilets and floors
• Wipes down vanities and clean mirrors
• Strips beds, make beds with fresh linen
• Stocks home with clean linen and terry
• Removes trash and debris from homes
• straightens furniture that is moved out of place
• Dusts furniture and TV’s
• Vacuums carpets / rugs and hallways, in addition to mopping
• Report on any shortages, damages or security issues
• Removes all dirty and or damaged items from property.
• Writes work orders for maintenance items in need of repair
• Helps in laundry and housekeeping department when necessary
• Turns in lost and found items to manager
• May be asked to handle other duties as assigned
• Works remotely at each home location as directed by Supervisor
• Ability to work in a team or solo environment
• Will be able to work varied shifts – i.e., days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Has their own vehicle and willing to drive to each home
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures
• Handle reasonable guests complaints / requests and inform others when required
• Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies and licensing laws

• Proven working experience in relevant field
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated
• Helpful with customer service orientation
• Prioritisation and time management skills
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail

• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations

• Read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to work flexible shifts
