The opportunity
Delaware North Sport service is searching for seasonal Charros Buffet Attendants to join our team at Scottsdale Stadium in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a Charros Buffet Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring an effective operation of assigned luxury suites, including stocking, serving, and attending to guests’ needs.
This position is a seasonal position that begins mid-February. Spring Training games at Scottsdale Stadium will be held from February 22nd through March 21st. Shifts start three hours before the start of the game with typical shift availability needed from 10am – 5pm. Example: 10am start time for a 1pm game with gates opening at 11am.

Please note this is a pool tipped position; the hourly minimum pay listed doesn’t include any potential tipped earnings.
Pay$16.50 – $16.50 / hour

What will you do?- Serve guest as a part of our Buffet team at the Charros Lodge in Scottsdale Stadium
- Anticipate guests needs, suggest additional items such as appetizers and desserts, and communicate in-suite orders to kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure all laws and regulations are being followed, including checking for identification before serving alcohol
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous experience in a hotel, full service restaurant, catering facility, or club environment preferred
- Able to work during Spring Training events
- Must have or obtain a Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card
- Basic math skills such as addition and subtraction
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for the entire length of the shift
- Exposure to variable temperatures
- May be required to work in narrow spaces
