Model Server (Bottle Server) – Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, Scottsdale

• Develop repeat clientele and establish relationships
• Book VIP reservations
• Execute VIP presentations
• Provide ongoing table maintenance
• Check and maintain proper set‑up and cleanliness of the service station before, during, and after shift
• Deliver an amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
• Make knowledgeable suggestions based on guest preferences, record orders, and up‑sell when applicable
• Assist other associates as needed to meet guest needs
• Be comfortable working in a swim suit

• Attention to cleanliness and safety procedures
• Necessary food and alcohol certifications
