The Houseperson-Event Set-Up is responsible for setting up and breaking down all meeting spaces with tables/chairs/water, etc. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift moderate weight. This is a fast-paced position. View our Virtual Reality Experience to spend a ‘day in the life’ of a hospitality professional at a full-service hotel.
Qualifications- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to push, pull and lift a moderate amount of weight.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Most shifts for this role will begin in the afternoon or evening.
