Fairmont Hotel - Fairmont Scottsdale Princess [Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor] As a Spa Front Desk & Reservations Coordinator at Fairmont Hotel, you'll:
Greet guests over the phone in a wam genuine manner;
Guide the guests toward their specific needs when making reservations and off multiple treatment bookings and up-sells;
Communicate all changes, cancellations and additions to the back of house leadership team;
