** About the role
** Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a
** Housekeeping Supervisor
** to help lead daily operations and uphold our exceptional standards. This role supports room assignments, conducts inspections, and ensures guest rooms and public areas are flawlessly maintained, stepping in as needed to support the team and deliver an outstanding guest experience.
** What you will do
*** In collaboration with the Housekeeping Manager on Duty (MOD), communicate daily assignments, traces, and projects to Room Attendants and House Attendants for both morning and turndown service.
* Ensure all guest requests are addressed promptly, meeting the 10–15 minute response standard.
* Monitor performance of Housekeeping and Laundry staff, ensuring closets remain clean, organized, and stocked with proper PAR levels of supplies, linen, and terry; communicate shortages to the MOD.
* Inspect cleanliness of guest corridors, stairwells, elevators, and linen closets.
* Maintain constant communication with the Laundry Department to prioritize linen and terry needs.
* Participate in the training and onboarding of Room Attendants and House Attendants.
* Provide constructive feedback and coach employees by returning to rooms or areas to correct deficiencies when standards are not met.
* Coordinate work orders and communicate directly with Engineering to ensure timely completion.
* Assist daily with VIP room preparation.
* Support Management in resolving guest concerns (“glitches”) and following up with guests.
** What you bring
*** Previous experience in a similar housekeeping supervisory role (luxury hotel/resort experience preferred)
* Ability to read and speak English clearly (Spanish a plus)
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to delegate effectively and lead a team
* Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse workforce
* Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
* Experience with Opera and HotSOS preferred
