** dual-outlet role**, flexing between our sophisticated
** Onyx Bar & Lounge
** and the vibrant, Americana-inspired
** Proof Restaurant**. This position offers the best of both worlds: crafting elevated, handcrafted cocktails against the backdrop of breathtaking desert sunsets at Onyx, and delivering lively, engaging guest experiences in the energetic atmosphere of Proof. Bring your creativity, passion for hospitality, and expert beverage knowledge to two of the resort’s most memorable venues.
** What You Will Do
*** Prepare and serve an exceptional selection of wines, spirits, beer, and specialty cocktails according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards.
* Engage with guests to create warm, genuine connections and anticipate needs to deliver an above-and-beyond experience.
* Take and confirm guest orders, including modifications and special requests, using the hotel’s POS system.
* Ensure accuracy and presentation of every beverage before delivery.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and energetic bar environment across both outlets.
* Contribute to team collaboration and support smooth operations in both venues.
** What You Bring
*** Previous Food & Beverage or bartending experience required; luxury hotel or resort experience strongly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of fine wines, spirits, beer, and mixology.
* A guest-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional service and hospitality.
* Ability to communicate clearly and work on your feet throughout the shift.
* Valid
** Maricopa County Food Handler’s Card** (or ability to obtain)

* Shift Times: 9:00am - 5:00pm / 12:00pm - 8:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm / 3:00pm - 11pm / 4:00pm

* Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays based on business needs in both Onyx Lounge and Proof Restaurant.
