Main Responsibilities:

* Greeting guests and owners on arrival.

* Check in/out guests.

* Generates folio and collects payments.

* Receives housekeeping and maintenance requests or work orders and contacts accurate departmental personnel.

* Prepares and consistently restocks the front desk with supplies including preparing arrival packets and area information.

* Answering phones and directing calls.

* Other duties as assigned by your leader.

What are we looking for:

* Proficient English language

* Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks to meet organizational goals and expectations.

* 6 months' Customer Service Experience.

* Open and flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
