• Assist guests in the check‑in and check‑out procedures and throughout their stay.
• Operate the hotel’s electronic reservation system and other computer programs for seamless workflow.
• Handle all financial matters – including credit card and cash transactions – securely and accurately.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and go beyond to maximize the guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members to create a hospitable, approachable, and customer‑focused environment.

• Enjoy working with people and go above and beyond for each guest’s needs.
• Work well with others and enjoy teamwork.
• Have excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Be a problem solver as well as a solution finder and do everything to ensure the best experience for guests.

This is a physically demanding position. You must be comfortable standing, sitting, walking, bending, lifting, and squatting for extended periods of time.

This position would require little to no travel outside the property and surrounding area.

$12.93 - $24.29/hour (rate depends upon state/market).
