• Guest Services:
  • Deliver exceptional service by consistently exceeding member and guest expectations.
  • Warmly greet members and guests upon arrival; assist with unloading golf bags and related equipment.
  • Welcome players back after their round and provide club cleaning and storage assistance.
• Practice Facility & Course Setup:
  • Set up, monitor, and break down all practice areas, including the warm‑up range, short‑game area, and learning center range.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment across all practice facilities, ensuring all guest needs are promptly met.
• Golf Cart & Equipment Management:
  • Stage golf carts in a clean, organized manner for member and guest use.
  • Assist in the upkeep of the golf cart fleet, including cleaning, charging, and basic maintenance.
  • Ensure golf bags are properly stored in designated bag stalls.
• Facility Maintenance & Team Support:
  • Keep the cart barn and bag room clean, organized, and professionally maintained.
  • Perform all opening and closing duties as directed by the Golf Professional Staff.
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver high‑quality service across all touchpoints of the golf operation.
