Overview
A company is looking for a Claims Clerk responsible for providing claims support through research and investigation.
Responsibilities- Provide general claims support by reviewing, researching, and investigating claims
- Conduct data entry, analyze trends, and generate necessary reports
- Update and maintain claims tracking database and refer complex claims to senior staff
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1+ years of data entry experience
- 1+ years of experience in an office setting using telephone and computer
- Knowledge of health insurance processes and medical claims
