Join Monte Nido Rosewood in Scottsdale, AZ to provide holistic therapy for individuals and families affected by eating disorders, co-occurring addictions, and developmental challenges.

Monte Nido uses a multidisciplinary, residential model that integrates inpatient monitoring, transitional, and outpatient programs for men, women, and adolescents. As a full‑time Family Therapist, you will deliver evidence‑based therapy, family coaching, and meal support in a welcoming, warm setting.

• Conduct weekly family therapy and caregiver coaching calls.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions for clients and their families.
• Provide meal support and nutritional education during treatment.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care management and discharge planning.
• Deliver safe, empathetic, affirming care that respects each client’s intersecting identities.

• Master’s degree in clinical counseling or related discipline.
• Licensed or license‑eligible in a counseling field (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist).
• Prior experience treating eating disorders in a residential or inpatient setting is highly preferred.
• Knowledge and practice of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.
