We’re looking for a licensed mental‑health clinician to deliver remote, evidence‑based therapy to adult clients (18+). This role offers a flexible, part‑time schedule with a focus on quality care and professional growth.

• Consistent Pay: Hourly rate of $54 for Arizona residents (out‑of‑state rates $52.50‑70). Semi‑monthly pay.

  Weekly caseload 7‑20 clients, sessions 7 am‑9 pm MST, Monday‑Friday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver remote, evidence‑based therapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, MBCT, TLDP, IPT, EFT, MI).
• Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust approach.
• Collaborate with mental‑health providers and refer clients when appropriate.
• Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.

• Licensed in Arizona (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psychologist PhD/PsyD).
• Minimum 2 yrs of clinical experience with adults.
• At least 6 months teletherapy experience.
• Available 8‑24 hrs/wk, 85% client time.
• Available 1 hr/week first 6 weeks for training, then 30 min/month ongoing support.
• Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ‑9).
• Experience with electronic health records for notes, plans.
• In good standing with governing licensing board.
