Mental Health Technician - Night Shift at Via Linda Behavioral Hospital

We are looking for a caring and dedicated Mental Health Technician (MHT) to join our night shift team. If you are interested in working on our specialized Military Unit or Women’s Unit, please let your interviewer know.

Via Linda Behavioral Hospital is an innovative behavioral health facility located in Scottsdale, Arizona, offering a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services. Our 120‑bed facility provides specialized mental health services and substance use treatment for teens, adults, and older adults experiencing depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and co‑occurring addictions.

Responsibilities

As an MHT, you will work under the direct supervision of a registered nurse to provide clerical and patient‑care activities in the treatment and care of patients with psychiatric and substance‑abuse conditions. Responsibilities include managing behavioral problems, facilitating education and activity groups, and serving as an active participant of the treatment team.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma
  • CNA preferred
  • Valid Level 1 fingerprint clearance or ability to obtain one
