Position: Medical Records & Billing Specialist

Location: Scottsdale, AZ (On-Site)

We are seeking a Medical Records & Billing Specialist to join our Scottsdale law firm. In this role, you will play a key part in helping our clients by managing, analyzing, and maintaining critical medical documentation that supports their cases.

• Request, organize, and thoroughly review medical records.
• Analyze medical billing records and health insurance data.
• Maintain spreadsheets to track treatment timelines and patient health data.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies with lien carriers and insurance providers.
• Ensure all client records are accurate, complete, and easy to retrieve.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical billing, health insurance, or medical records.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
• Proficient with Excel
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Prior experience working in a law firm or with medical liens.
• Familiarity with personal injury cases.
