Schedule #3 8-hrs, NIGHT/Overnight Shift Weekly
Schedule:
5-days, 8-hour OVERNIGHT shift (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM), includes working one weekend day or full weekends
Location:
HHS-JTR Residence Women's or Men's Unit (up to 24 residents) Staffing:
The BHT will work alongside a team of 2–3 (BHT & PSS, 1:8 or 1:12), with supervisory support and/or access to on-call supervisory support.
Schedule #4 8.5-hrs, MID Shift Weekly
Schedule:
5-days, 8.5-hour MID shift (1:30 PM – 10:00 PM), includes working one weekend day or full weekends
Location:
HHS-JTR Residence Women's or Men's Unit (up to 24 residents) Staffing:
The BHT will work alongside a team of 3–4 (BHT & PSS, 1:6 or 1:8 ratio), with supervisory support.
Schedule #5 8-hrs, DAY Shift Weekly
Schedule:
5-days, 8-hour DAY shift (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM), includes working one weekend day or full weekends
Location:
HHS-JTR Residence Women's or Men's Unit (up to 24 residents) Staffing:
The BHT will work alongside a team of 3–4 (BHT & PSS, 1:6 or 1:8 ratio), with supervisory support.
Schedule #6 8-hrs, Split-Shift (between Days and Mid shifts) Weekly

5-days, 8-hour DAY shift (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, may vary), includes working one weekend day or full weekends Staffing:
The BHT will work alongside a team of 3–4 (BHT & PSS, 1:6 or 1:8 ratio), with supervisory support.
Under direct supervision from the Journey-to-Recovery (JTR) Supervisor and/or Clinical Manager (BHP): provides assessment, facilitates groups, mentors clients, and provides monitoring and assistance for individuals with chemical dependency problems. Works in a withdrawal management, residential or outpatient setting to help create and support a safe, secure and therapeutic environment. Works with clients in the clinical programs and administers critical client referral care for medical and/or emergency treatment when necessary.
Works closely with the Clinical team to ensure best outcomes for clinical care. This job class is treated as FLSA Non-Exempt.
- Knowledge of the culture, customs, traditions and history of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community.
- Knowledge of First-Aid methods and CPR techniques.
- Knowledge of Recovery Principles, Motivational Interviewing and Medication Assisted Treatment.
