The Companion / Homemaker is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs.

• Prepare meals for clients.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Accompany clients on outings.
• Handle shopping and errands.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with ambulation and transportation of clients.
• Offer companionship.
• Follow care plans.
• Document and chart services.

• Negative TB skin test or chest X‑ray.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs safely.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Access to internet/mobile phone.

• Shifts ranging from 4 to 12 hours; flexible, select your own shifts.
