Job: Wellness Transformation Consultant

(Medical Weight Loss & Wellness)

Location: Vitality Slim Clinic — Scottsdale

Compensation: Competitive base + performance-based commissions & bonuses

Schedule: Full-time | In-clinic & virtual consults

ABOUT

THE ROLE

This is not a passive clinical role.

As a Wellness Transformation Consultant, you are the bridge between our medical team and our patients. You will guide people through their health journey, educate them on options, and confidently help them enroll in the programs that best support their goals.

You’ll spend your day:

  • Building rapport
  • Asking powerful questions
  • Presenting solutions
  • Overcoming objections
  • Closing memberships and packages
  • Following up and nurturing relationships

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct in-person and virtual wellness consultations
  • Educate patients on:
    • Medical weight loss options
    • Membership programs
    • Body sculpting, IV therapy, peptides, and wellness services
  • Confidently recommend programs based on patient goals and readiness
  • Close memberships and packages with integrity and enthusiasm
  • Follow up with leads, past patients, and current members
  • Track consult outcomes, conversions, and revenue
  • Partner closely with nurse practitioners and clinical staff
  • Create an exceptional, trust-based patient experience

THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR SOMEONE WHO:
  • Loves talking to people
  • Is energized by sales and performance goals
  • Understands that education + empathy = ethical selling
  • Is comfortable asking for the sale
  • Can handle objections without getting defensive
  • Wants to grow income based on results
  • Believes wellness is transformational, not transactional

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Background in med-spa, wellness, fitness, IV therapy, aesthetics, or healthcare sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to close sales or enroll clients
  • Comfort discussing pricing, programs, and next steps
  • Organized, follow-up oriented, and self-motivated

Medical Assistant, CNA, or healthcare background is a plus — but NOT required

(Sales mindset matters more than clinical credentials.)
