  • Job Type: Full‑time
  • Salary: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
  • Travel: Assists physicians in traveling from travel clinic to clinic

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for examination and treatment, including taking vitals and recording patient history.
  • Input and maintain appropriate EMR documentation.
  • Prepare examination rooms, ensuring they are clean, well‑organized, and equipped with necessary supplies.
  • Assist in the procedure room with procedures, receive IV training and certification and start IVs.
  • Support physicians and nurses during patient examinations and treatments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and monitoring voicemail and phone calls.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • At least one year of experience in a medical office.
  • 1+ year using an EMR with Mod Med / EMA experience preferred.
  • Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Modernizing medicine EMA EMR experience.
