We are seeking a reliable and friendly Full-Time Medical Assistant to join our growing team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a supportive, wellness-focused environment and enjoys working with patients on their health journey.
Responsibilities- Greet and check in patients; assist with scheduling and basic front desk tasks.
- Take and record vital signs, weight, and patient history.
- Prepare patients for provider consultations and treatments.
- Administer injections (e.g., B12, lipotropic) as directed.
- Educate patients on wellness programs and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system.
- Ensure the cleanliness of exam rooms and the proper inventory of supplies.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
- 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Medical Assistant certification (preferred but not required).
