Our methods are rooted in the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play‑based approach within the framework of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. By joining our team, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our mission‑driven care model.

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession’s rigorous standards
• Implement intervention plans developed by our expert Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
• Build rapport and maintain ongoing communication with families, providing regular updates on their child’s progress within the ABA framework
• Participate in continuous training and professional development to stay abreast of advancements in ABA therapy and maintain certification

• Preferably enrolled in or have completed a degree program with a focus on Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
• Ability to obtain and maintain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Soar provides paid training)
• Previous experience working with children, particularly those with autism, and a passion for helping them thrive
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Reliable transportation to both training location and local center; punctuality is essential
• Physical requirements:
  
  sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances

• $21.50 - $28.50/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities
