The Pharmacy Outpatient Care Center (OCC) Manager provides operational, clinical, and regulatory management for all Oncology Care Center services, including outpatient infusion, oncology pharmacy operations, research support, financial oversight, and interdisciplinary clinical support functions. This role integrates pharmacy management, infusion clinic operations, staffing, quality, and compliance to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered cancer care delivery. The OCC Manager is accountable for daily site-level performance, including staff supervision, regulatory readiness, financial stewardship, medication safety, and clinic throughput.
This position serves as the primary pharmacy operations leader for the OCC and functions as a strategic partner to physicians, nursing, and executive leadership.
- Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm
D) from an accredited institution - 5 years in hospital or oncology pharmacy/infusion operations with at least 2 years in leadership or management
- Regulatory Expertise: USP 797/800/795, Joint Commission, State Board of Pharmacy, DPH
- Active license with the Arizona State Board of Pharmacy
- Oncology or Infusion Center leadership experience
- PGY-1 or PGY-2 Residency
- Board Certification (BCOP, BCPS)
- Lean, Six Sigma, or Quality certification
- Experience leading Joint Commission or oncology accreditation surveys
This position is based in Scottsdale, with travel to other OCCs as needed.

Compensation: City of Hope employees pay is based on work experience, qualifications, and work location. This position is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
