Physical Therapist – Up to $10k Sign on Bonus

Civic Center, 3225 N. Civic Center Plaza, Suite 10, Scottsdale, Arizona 85251.

Salary Range: $86,000 – $105,000 per year.

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination
• Collaboratively develop and adjust evidence‑based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle
• Deliver skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re‑education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain
• Track meaningful patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress and clinical presentation
• Serve as a trusted resource and advocate for patients throughout their recovery journey

• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in the state of Arizona or ability to obtain a DPT license
• CPR and first aid certification required
