The Mortgage Loan Officer is a full‑time, on‑site role based at our Scottsdale, AZ office. Responsibilities include advising clients on mortgage options, guiding them through the loan application process, collecting and analyzing client financial data, and collaborating with underwriting and processing teams. The role also involves regular communication with clients, maintaining compliance with lending regulations, and staying updated on mortgage industry trends.

• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, including VA, FHA, Conventional, and investor loans
• Experience in financial analysis, credit assessments, and loan processing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Proficiency with mortgage-related software and technology tools
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple applications and deadlines efficiently
• Must hold, or be able to obtain, an active Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license under NMLS
• Prior experience in mortgage origination, lending, or sales is preferred
