Senior Accountant

The Senior Accountant ensures financial integrity by overseeing all accounting, reporting, and financial management functions. This role provides strategic insight and operational discipline to support growth, profitability, and compliance. The Senior Accountant establishes and maintains financial policies, systems, and controls that promote accuracy, transparency, and accountability across the company. This is an independent contractor position.

REQUIRED

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree in Business Administration or similar field preferred
• Experience working with Sage Intacct, Quick Books (and TSheets) strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operations metrics required
• Understanding of core accounting functions (A/R, A/P, Bank Reconciliation, Month-End Close, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite:
  Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint preferred

COMPENSATION: This is a 1099 position, pay rate will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
