Accounting Manager

• Reconcile bank accounts across multiple entities and research discrepancies
• Generate and review job cost reports to support reconciliations and labor reclassifications
• Post recurring journal entries, including intercompany transactions and depreciation
• Prepare monthly financial statements and supporting balance sheet schedules for multiple locations
• Adjust inventory based on physical counts and ensure accurate balances
• File sales and payroll tax returns, including quarterly filings and annual wage forms
• Maintain borrowing base schedules and support lender reporting requirements
• Monitor Work-In-Progress balances to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Process payroll bank uploads, approve ACH transactions, and maintain retirement plan records
• Complete year-end close procedures and assist with audit support

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience with in the construction industry – ideally with a sub-contractor or general contractor
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS)

• Experience with Dynamics GP
