The Accountant will play a key role in the day‑to‑day financial operations of ONE, focusing on management and GAAP reporting, supporting the month‑end close process, and project‑based initiatives to improve accounting systems and enhance reporting processes. This role requires strong technical accounting competence, excellent analytical/critical thinking skills, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to partner with cross‑functional teams.

• Prepare periodic consolidated financial reports for management.
• Prepare monthly GAAP‑compliant financial reports.
• Develop and maintain robust Excel models and reporting templates.
• Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts (e.g., deferred revenue, prepaid assets, intercompany) and support the GL close process.
• Work closely with the Manager of Financial Reporting to implement improvements in reporting processes and controls.
• Assist external auditors and tax accountants by preparing schedules, assisting with inquiries, and tracking deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional finance teams and operational departments to ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Support ERP enhancements and automation efforts; help maintain data integrity in Sage Intacct and other systems.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and reports for management as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3–7 years of accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets; experience with Power BI a plus.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, with experience in month‑end close and reconciliations.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and adopt automation or best‑practice reporting workflows.
• Comfortable balancing transactional work with project‑based analysis.
