This is a full-time, on-site Senior Accountant position based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Senior Accountant will oversee daily accounting operations, including financial reporting, account reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance. Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing budgets, supporting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in providing accurate and timely financial information to support strategic decision-making within the organization.
Qualifications- Proficiency in general accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Experience with financial systems, compliance, and regulatory reporting
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Quick Books)
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent designation preferred
- 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally in real estate, consulting, or financial services
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with attention to detail
