Job SummaryAnnexus is a well-established, highly profitable, dynamic, fast-paced, hyper-growth company in North Scottsdale. We have a unique opportunity for a strong accountant to join our collaborative, high-performing accounting department.
Primary Responsibilities- Reconciling revenue from accrual to cash basis
- Updating and maintaining various revenue & expense reporting models
- Allocating expenses across various business units
- Adjusting or correcting various system transactions such as payroll & benefits
- Reconciling various GL accounts
- Tracking and recording revenue for various products
- Recording all depreciation and amortization entries
- Entering cash transactions online and recording in the ERP
- Generating AR invoices and managing collections
- Prepare weekly ACH batches for payment & other miscellaneous payments
- Obtained or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance or Accounting
- Prior accounting and/or assurance & auditing experience preferred
- Proficiency with all aspects of Microsoft Office suite (especially Microsoft Excel)
- Excellent project/time management, verbal, and written communication
- Experience with JP Morgan Access and Net Suite preferred but not required
