Key Responsibilities
- Manage execution of employee long-term incentive plans, including grant, vest / lapse, and tax withholding processes
- Administer equity compliance with plan documents and regulatory requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service and support for equity inquiries from employees and executives
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, legal, or a related discipline, or an active Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification is highly preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience managing an equity administration team
- Proven experience with company equity ownership and the full cycle of equity transactions in a publicly traded company environment
- Strong proficiency with Google Suite, Advanced Excel, and document management / e-signature tools
- An easy-going team player with a strong sense of urgency and ownership
