Senior Financial Analyst

Overview

Ledgent Finance & Accounting's client is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about financial analysis and strategic analytics. The position offers a hybrid work schedule available post-training, providing flexibility and the opportunity to collaborate with a team of professionals.

This position will be in-office. After 3 months of training, you will be eligible for hybrid 3 days in-office/2 from home.

• Produce comprehensive KPI and financial reporting while supporting the evolution of business intelligence.
• Prepare detailed financial statements at both segment and product levels.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Accounting teams to provide insights into company performance.
• Develop advanced reporting tools utilizing ERP systems, Excel, and Tableau to enhance data analysis capabilities.
• Drive efficiency by identifying and implementing process improvements.

• 3+ years of experience in finance/accounting with a strong analytical skill set.
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including nested formulas, Power Pivot, and Power BI.
• Experience with data mining and database tools is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics is required.
• Curious, collaborative, solutions-driven, and eager to learn.

The position requires full-time availability, Monday through Friday, with the opportunity for a hybrid schedule post-training.

The position offers a competitive salary with a range from $75,000 to $115,000 per year + annual bonus, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
