Financial Analyst
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to serve as a strategic partner across the organization, supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and executive decision-making. This individual will lead complex financial modeling, build analytical tools, deliver insights to senior leadership, and support strategic initiatives across multiple business units. This role requires analytical skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence through data‑driven recommendations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and multi‑year financial models
, providing insights that guide leadership decisions. - Conduct variance analysis, trend identification, scenario modeling, and root‑cause investigation to support executive‑level recommendations.
- Design, automate, and maintain financial dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL).
- Support preparation of financial packages, including internal reporting, operational reporting, and board‑level deliverables.
- Collaborate with business leaders (operations, sales, R&D, etc.) to analyze performance, model business cases, and evaluate strategic initiatives.
- Provide ad‑hoc financial modeling, sensitivity analyses, competitive benchmarking, and ROI assessments.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to drive efficiency in the FP&A reporting cycle and enhance analytical capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
; MBA preferred. - 3–7+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or financial analysis.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills, including automation, scenario modeling, and dashboard creation.
- Hands‑on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and analytical tools (SQL, API integrations preferred).
- Strong communication skills; able to translate complex financial data for non‑financial leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to influence decisions, partner cross‑functionally, and operate independently.
- Experience building or enhancing monthly reporting processes and forecasting models.
- Highly analytical with a solution‑oriented mindset.
- Adept at balancing detailed analysis with big‑picture business strategy.
- Comfortable presenting to senior leadership and driving data‑backed recommendations.
- Proactive, inquisitive, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
