Constellation Search Group is looking for a Finance Manager for a full‑time, direct‑hire position. The Platform Review Finance Manager will analyze historical financial performance, recommend improvements in processes and finances, and provide accurate financial modeling for clients. This role is crucial for aligning strategies with evolving client needs and oversees a high‑end portfolio to assess financial performance and advise on improvements.

• Gather and interpret data to assess historical financial accuracy and performance.
• Develop ownership and task delegation with cross‑departmental teams for client growth.
• Consult on clients' 10‑year financial model and expansion opportunities.
• Assemble comprehensive financial summaries including balance sheets and cash flows.
• Guide clients through a journey to shift financial strategy perspectives.
• Test, report, and optimize program performance for improvement opportunities.
• Create and deliver financial summaries and improvement recommendations.
• Perform beta tests for new initiatives and establish standard procedures.
• Prepare SWOT analyses to create competitive advantages.
• Proactively address cash flow challenges with weekly projections.
• Understand trends in financial planning and analysis.

• Strong financial strategy and planning knowledge.
• Understanding of critical KPIs and financial performance indicators.
• Ability to develop Excel‑based financial models.
• Knowledge of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of financial and accounting work experience.
