Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Loan Processor to join our dynamic team in the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the loan application process from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all regulatory requirements. This role requires strong analytical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process in-house loan files accurately and efficiently.
  • Work closely with mortgage documents and coordinate with internal teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication in both Spanish and English.

    • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one year of experience as a loan processor.
  • Must be Spanish-speaking (dual language).
  • Previous reference from a mortgage company experienced in processing loans.
  • Holds an MLO license or is willing to pass the test and obtain one.
  • Employment Type: Full-time, hourly paid.
  • Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. On-Site
  • Location: Office located on Scottsdale Rd / Shea Blvd.
  • Compensation: Hourly pay based on experience.
  • Comprehensive fully-paid medical insurance.
  • One week of vacation plus additional PTO as allowed by law.
  • No sales or commission-based requirements. Focus solely on processing loans.
