• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer using everyday language.
• Use video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns, using commercial tax prep software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA or CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive tax law knowledge, and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills, excited to interact through video and audio tools professionally, friendly, and confident.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work minimum 20 hours/week across three or more days.
