Financial Accounting Analyst – ONE (Open Network Exchange)

Location: Scottsdale, AZ –
Salary: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00

The Financial Accounting Analyst will play a key role in day‑to‑day financial operations, supporting management and GAAP reporting, month‑end close, and process improvement initiatives.

• Prepare periodic consolidated financial reports for management.
• Generate monthly GAAP‑compliant financial reports.
• Develop and maintain robust Excel models and reporting templates.
• Perform reconciliations of balance sheet accounts (deferred revenue, prepaid assets, intercompany) and support the GL close process.
• Collaborate with the Manager of Financial Reporting to implement improvements in reporting processes and controls.
• Assist external auditors and tax accountants by preparing schedules, addressing inquiries, and tracking deliverables.
• Work cross‑functionally with finance and operational teams to ensure accurate reporting.
• Support ERP enhancements and automation efforts; maintain data integrity in Sage Intacct and other systems.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses and reports for management as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets; experience with Power BI a plus.
• Solid understanding of GAAP; experience in month‑end close and reconciliations.
• Experience with Sage Intacct or other mid‑market ERP systems preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deliverables in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and adopt automation or best‑practice reporting workflows.
• Comfortable balancing transactional work with project‑based analysis.

This position involves prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer within a typical office or cubicle setting. The environment may include constant background noise and fluorescent overhead lighting.
