IDR is an investment management firm with $8.5 billion in AUM that specializes in private equity real estate investments. IDR has a 14-year track record managing investments on behalf of some of the largest institutional investors in the country.
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our investment team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the growth of Accordant Investments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and success of our investment funds. The selected candidate will work in Independence, OH at IDR’s Headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions.
- Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the due diligence process for new investments, including market research, property research, and financial statement analysis.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of existing investments, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
- Collaborate with IDR’s analytics and due diligence team to produce portfolio analytics.
- Support the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for investors.
- Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or STEM related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate or private equity industry.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate markets and investment principles is a plus.
