Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our investment team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting the growth of Accordant Investments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth and success of our investment funds. The selected candidate will work in Independence, OH at IDR’s Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Prepare investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the due diligence process for new investments, including market research, property research, and financial statement analysis.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of existing investments, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with IDR’s analytics and due diligence team to produce portfolio analytics.
  • Support the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for investors.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes impacting the real estate sector.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or STEM related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably within the real estate or private equity industry.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of real estate markets and investment principles is a plus.
