Senior Tax Associate

Fortitude Family Office is seeking MTax students or recent graduates for a full‑time associate or senior associate position on our team. Unlike many roles at tax‑only firms, this position goes beyond tax return preparation, offering meaningful exposure to how our family office serves clients across investments, wealth management, accounting, and outsourced CFO services.

• Help prepare, review, and complete individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns
• Assist with tax planning and preparation
• Attend client meetings
• Participate in cash flow planning, estate planning, cash management, and balance sheet planning
• Support the client services and administrative teams as needed or requested

• Self‑starting individual who takes responsibility for work and actively sees projects through to successful conclusions while maintaining a high level of communication with team members
• Desire/ability to work successfully in a small company team environment where it is expected that you will wear many hats with varied responsibilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to operate CRM and other systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Tax required
• Master’s degree in Tax preferred
• CPA license in progress or interest in pursuing CPA certification strongly preferred
