• Work closely with companies across a variety of industries to navigate restructuring and create a lasting positive impact.
• Advise on strategy, cash conservation, liquidity management, business plan development, and implementation.
• Build and manage 13‑week cash‑flow forecasts, conduct liquidation analysis, and create long‑term business plans.
• Implement cash conservation strategies and controls.
• Develop pre‑bankruptcy plans and assist with bankruptcy case administration.
• Support marketing initiatives and pitch preparation.
• Lead a workstream, coach and mentor junior resources.
• Build consultative relationships, analyze client processes, financial positions and performance drivers.
• Present analyses and insights to a variety of audiences.

• 6+ years of experience in corporate restructuring, investment or commercial banking, consulting or corporate finance roles with at least 4 years of direct restructuring experience.
• BA/BS, MBA or MS in Accounting, Finance, or related analytical fields.
• Advanced Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Word skills.
• Professional certifications such as CTP, CIRA, CPA, CFA or progress toward a certification.
• Understanding of Chapter 11 proceedings.
• Advanced financial modeling experience, including 13‑week cash‑flow forecasts and 3‑statement models.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Team player who thrives in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments.
• Willingness to travel 100 %.
