Responsibilities:
* Perform systems engineering activities including decomposition of requirements into traffic data flow models from satellite constellations to ground networks
* Develop and validate communication traffic models supporting missile tracking data transport
* Support pre-planned and dynamic satellite scheduling and service allocation for missile tracking missions
* Analyze missile tracking data flows to validate and optimize network performance and throughput
* Contribute to integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment of ground entry points, operations centers, and enterprise infrastructure
* Support evolution and expansion of PWSA ground communication architecture

Qualifications:

* U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal Law
* Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field OR Master's degree plus 3 years of related experience
* Active DoD Secret security clearance required at time of hire
* 15+ years of recent experience modeling communication data systems, preferably involving satellite constellations and ground networks
* 10+ years of recent experience with satellite-to-ground RF communication protocols, packet prioritization, routing, or traffic modeling
