Analog Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer - Phoenix AZ Location
Onsemi’s Edge Connected Client group is hiring a Principal Engineer – Analog and Mixed Signal IC design. The chosen candidate will design a wide variety of analog circuits using CMOS, BiCMOS, and BCD technologies with gate geometries from 0.25um to 40 nm. These analog circuits will come together to create our next generation of digital and analog voltage regulators and power stages.
A solid understanding of process technology is required to ensure proper device selection as most applications are for switch mode power supplies operating at a variety of voltages. The candidate will work with a team of analog M/S design engineers as part of the product development teams. The ability to work both individually and as a team is essential. They will interface extensively with the system architects, application, test, digital design, and verification teams to ensure delivery of first-time right silicon.
