Project Manager - EPC Utility Solar

DEPCOM Power, Inc is a leading renewable‑energy Engineering, Procurement, & Construction (EPC) firm. We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the execution of utility‑scale PV solar, battery storage, and repowering projects from pre‑construction through completion. The role is remote with travel to field sites up to 50% as needed.

• Manage a direct team including a Project Engineer, Construction Management, and support staff, applying principle‑based management to achieve project milestones.
• Develop and maintain accurate project forecasts in collaboration with the Project Controls team, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to maximize value during the buyout phase of each project.
• Work closely with Business Development and Estimating to deliver precise and competitive project estimates.
• Lead project scheduling with the Scheduling team to meet or improve objectives.
• Provide timely project status reporting to internal teams and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual requirements.
• Build rapport with customers, identifying strategic opportunities for long‑term mutually beneficial relationships.

• Demonstrated supervisory/leadership experience.
• Experience managing EPC or large‑scale industrial/infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in cost estimating, scheduling, and customer engagement.
• Understanding of prime contract and subcontract language.
• Valid driver’s license.

• EPC experience in Utility Solar, Wind, BESS, conventional power, or industrial projects.

Competitive base salary of $150,000–$180,000 per year, with variable pay options such as monetary bonuses.
