Position: Space Force - Systems Engineer & Tech Baseline Lead with Security Clearance
Our DoD/Aerospace client is looking to fill a Space Force - Systems Engineer & Tech Baseline Lead position that just opened in Scottsdale, AZ / Huntsville, AL. In this role, you will lead a team managing the requirements database and verification tracking. To be considered, you will have a Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 5 years of related experience.

Space Force - Systems Engineer & Tech Baseline Lead

Contract:

24 months or longer Pay: $71.75/hour Responsibilities
* Lead a team managing the requirements database and verification tracking.
* Coordinate internal and external engineering review boards.
* Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve technical issues and drive design decisions.
* Oversee tracking of technical baseline artifacts and MBSE models, including CDRLs.
* Provide leadership on configuration management processes and workflow implementation.
* Present technical baseline status and plans at key customer reviews. Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering or related STEM field and 5+ years of experience, OR Master's degree plus 3 years of experience.
* Agile experience preferred.
* Strong proficiency in requirements management and system modeling tools.
* Knowledge of MBSE, requirements decomposition, and engineering processes.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Clearance Requirements
* Department of Defense Top Secret clearance preferred at time of hire.
* Applicants may be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
