- Provide mentorship to junior engineers, helping them grow in technical expertise and career development.
- Manage a high‑performance team of infrastructure engineers, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Act as a liaison between the infrastructure team and leadership to communicate team progress and priorities.
- Develop and execute the infrastructure team's goals and objectives, aligning with broader business initiatives.
- Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation within the team, encouraging the use of automation and scripting to increase efficiency.
- 5+ years of experience in Windows Server administration.
- Expert‑level Power Shell scripting knowledge and experience in automating tasks related to system management, deployment, and monitoring.
- Strong experience with server hardware, storage management, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
- Proficiency with networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in complex IT infrastructures.
- Experience managing and mentoring a team of infrastructure engineers.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership and other departments.
- Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have):
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).
- Familiarity with networking security, firewalls, and networking architecture.
- Knowledge of automation tools.
- ITIL certification or experience working within ITIL frameworks.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper‑V).
- Interested candidates should submit an updated resume detailing their relevant experience. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in both technical and leadership capacities, with a passion for automation and team growth.
