Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. 5-8 years experience in related field, preferably in Consumer Products.

Develops in-depth knowledge of marketplace trends and projections and applies technical knowledge in developing future competitive strategies. Develops and implements leading-edge approaches with speed and agility. Thinks diver gently about options and alternatives before choosing the best solutions.

Works on assigned projects involving problem solving, data generation, analysis, and interpretation. Consistently completes key tasks by conducting well-designed experiments, interpreting results, and recommending next steps.

This role involves identifying, recommending, and implementing improved approaches to work processes. It requires a thorough understanding of product development, business processes, regulatory requirements, and test methods necessary to deliver a quality product. The role includes conducting laboratory experiments, making independent decisions of limited scope, designing and conducting experiments, setting priorities, and scheduling activities.

Develops new tests to solve specific problems, interprets results, and provides recommendations. Maintains documentation of lab results, conclusions, and next steps. Creates technical reports and effectively presents experimental data and results.
