Job SummaryWe are seeking recent graduates to join our 12‑month Talent Development Program (TDP). As a Talent Development Professional, you will rotate through various roles in the Ready‑Mix division, developing the skills needed to excel in a full‑time career at Cemex.
About the ProgramThe TDP provides project‑based learning, collaboration, and networking across Cemex’s business lines, including Aggregates, Cement, Ready‑Mix, and Supply Chain.
Responsibilities- Safety Excellence – Train in safety protocols and actively ensure safety standards are met or exceeded across all operations.
- Rotational Learning – Participate in rotations covering Safety, Plant Management & Maintenance, Fleet Maintenance, Quality Control & Project Coordination, Customer Service/Sales, Dispatch, Environmental, and Human Resources.
- Skill Development – Enhance technical and transferable soft skills through hands‑on work, training sessions, and mentorship, while growing leadership abilities.
- Networking – Build a network of contacts and resources across the company.
- Innovation and Improvement – Contribute fresh perspectives and continuous improvement ideas to Ready‑Mix operations.
- Recent bachelor’s degree in Concrete Industry Management, Construction Science Management, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
- GPA of 2.5 or higher, preference for 3.0 or above.
- Leadership qualities and proactive approach to learning and problem‑solving.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills.
- Experience in internships, co‑op programs, or university projects related to the industry.
- Willingness to relocate within the U.S. if required.
- Full‑time program with potential travel based on rotation requirements.
- Mix of office and fieldwork with varying environmental conditions, including outdoor settings.
