The Goddard School® is seeking an experienced and passionate Pre-Kindergarten Teacher / Director Designee to join our leadership team. This dual role offers the opportunity to inspire young learners in the classroom while supporting the Director with daily school operations.

Our ideal candidate is a nurturing educator and emerging leader who is committed to excellence in early childhood education and aligns with The Goddard School’s play-based, research-driven curriculum.

• Leading a Pre-K classroom using The Goddard School® curriculum
• Supporting the Director with administrative and operational duties
• Assisting with staff supervision, training, and classroom support
• Ensuring compliance with state licensing and Goddard standards
• Building strong relationships with families and staff

• Early childhood education experience (Pre‑K required)
• Leadership or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Knowledge of state childcare licensing regulations
• CDA, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in ECE or related field (preferred/required based on state)
