• Foster a nurturing, positive classroom environment that supports each child’s development and emotional well‑being
• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and discovery
• Communicate regularly with families through daily reports, classroom apps, and personal conversations to share progress and milestones
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and leadership to enhance curriculum and maintain a cohesive, supportive team environment
• Ensure safety and compliance with all school policies and state regulations

• 1–2 years of experience in early childhood education preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Completion of state‑required pre‑service training (or willingness to complete promptly)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and organized in a fast‑paced environment
• Must meet all state licensing requirements, including background checks
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely handle infants and toddlers as needed
