Join the Soar Autism Center as an Early Intervention Specialist and help transform the lives of children with autism.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive one‑on‑one care and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2‑6, emphasizing a nurturing and encouraging environment
- Implement care plans under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they are suitable for the learning and growth of each child
- Build and maintain relationships with children’s families
- Plusses:

Demanding at times, routine care such as diaper changes
- Interest in and experience working with children – we welcome diverse backgrounds and experiences
- Preference given to those currently in a degree program or holding a degree
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center; punctuality is essential
- Must meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances
- $21.50 - $28.50/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities; all staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion
